Teams at Inter-Con Security

Provide unarmed security and customer-facing presence at client sites, follow licensing and training requirements, perform patrols, communicate clearly, respond to incidents, and complete required reporting and physical duties.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations: partner with hiring managers, source candidates using traditional and nontraditional channels, screen and interview, run background/reference checks, extend offers, manage candidates in the ATS, and support onboarding. Occasional weekly travel to nearby facilities required.
