Leads CMC program operations, project planning, risk management, regulatory commitment tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally across Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Process Development teams. Designs and deploys AI-enabled automation, reporting, and risk-flagging tools to improve operational visibility and decision-making. Establishes scalable CMC processes, facilitates meetings, drives follow-through, and supports process improvement and digital transformation across biopharmaceutical programs.

Owns the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and CLM administration. Partners with stakeholders across Research, Clinical, Commercial, and G&A to manage risks and create enforceable agreements. Administers Ironclad workflows, templates, permissions, reporting, and training while improving contracting processes, automation, metrics, and scalability. Supports legal and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Conduct discovery proteomics and immunopeptidomics studies to identify biomarkers and characterize immune recognition of genome-editing therapeutic candidates. Responsibilities include sample preparation, LC-MS/MS acquisition, bioinformatic analysis, HLA-presented peptide profiling, assay development, mass spectrometry optimization, technical reporting, SOP authoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires hands-on laboratory expertise in immunopeptidomics, structural and bioanalytical mass spectrometry, and interpretation of complex datasets.
