Teams at Integra Mission Critical

Manages crane and rigging program execution across construction, manufacturing, logistics, and modular assembly operations. Oversees lift planning, critical and high-risk lifts, field assessments, subcontractor compliance, equipment inspections, incident investigations, audits, training, and corrective actions. Provides technical leadership to lifting personnel and coordinates with Operations, HSE, Engineering, and project stakeholders. Requires extensive travel and strong expertise in engineered lifting, heavy rigging, crane operations, regulatory compliance, and field safety.

Oversee daily site operations, staffing, workflows, inventory, safety compliance, reporting, audits, and coordination across logistics, maintenance, HR, and other teams. The role also supports onboarding, training, issue resolution, process improvements, and maintaining efficient, compliant site operations in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee construction projects from preconstruction through handover, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, resources, teams, subcontractors, vendors, safety, quality, compliance, risks, costs, and change control. Prepare stakeholder reports, resolve issues, coordinate communications, and complete project closeout while ensuring client satisfaction.
