Conduct high-throughput antibody discovery, production, and characterization using display technologies, flow cytometry, laboratory automation, molecular biology, and sequencing. Develop methods, analyze and report data, manage research pipelines, maintain GLP-compliant records, coordinate across teams, present findings, and troubleshoot technical issues in a collaborative protein science research environment.

Lead strategic direction for IPI's antibody and protein reagent portfolio, translating platform capabilities into product strategy, prioritizing targets and markets, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product pipeline and resource allocation, and representing IPI externally to drive scientific and commercial impact.
