The Sr. Manager, Reimbursement leads reimbursement support, collaborates with commercial teams, trains stakeholders, and resolves reimbursement challenges for hospitals and physicians.

Serve as clinical and strategic partner to hospitals and physicians to develop, implement, and sustain MRgFUS programs. Foster clinical relationships, optimize workflows, educate on patient selection and access, lead internal account teams, maintain documentation, monitor program performance, and support product and process improvements while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Lead Americas market access and reimbursement strategy for MR-guided Focused Ultrasound. Develop coding, coverage, payment, and access initiatives; engage CMS, MACs, commercial payers, HTA bodies, societies, and advocates; support product launches and evidence generation; create reimbursement tools; and build and lead a US/ Americas market access team to drive adoption and commercial success.
