The Sr. Manager, Reimbursement leads reimbursement support, collaborates with commercial teams, trains stakeholders, and resolves reimbursement challenges for hospitals and physicians.

Field-based sales role for the West region selling InsightEC medical devices to neurosurgery and hospital stakeholders. Build clinical and executive presentations, develop economic/business models including reimbursement, manage sales funnel with inside sales and partners, forecast and maintain customer profiles, and attend industry events to drive adoption and close capital equipment deals.

Serve as a clinical and strategic resource for hospital and physician customers to develop, implement, and sustain MRgFUS programs. Build clinical relationships, optimize workflows and patient selection, create strategic account plans, lead internal account teams, ensure operational excellence and compliance, and support program growth through stakeholder engagement and market insights. Travel required to support field sites.
