Leads sales performance for front-desk teams by coaching staff, developing consultative scripts, managing outbound reactivation campaigns, improving patient conversion, and analyzing funnel metrics. Collaborates with Clinical and Marketing teams to optimize the patient journey, maintain CRM data integrity, and ensure HIPAA compliance. The role is fully remote and focused on increasing appointments, consultations, and successful clinical intakes.

The HR Officer manages the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, benefits, leave administration, compliance, HR documentation, and offboarding. The role advises employees and managers, supports policy development, maintains confidential records and HR metrics, coordinates with international stakeholders, and improves people processes in a fully remote environment.

Review and audit patient documentation daily to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Identify and correct documentation issues with staff, develop QA processes, and lead or support training/coaching for therapists to maintain high-quality records.
