Provide dedicated 1:1 administrative support to the Head of North American Distribution and selected senior reports. Manage complex diaries, scheduling, meetings across time zones, travel booking, expense/T&E reporting, and operational coordination. Build strong stakeholder relationships and bring structure and consistency to a fast-paced Distribution team.

The Guideline Management Analyst will review investment guidelines, code restrictions in systems, conduct post-trade monitoring, assist in process enhancements, and support fund management teams.

Support execution of trading services for money managers, advisors, and internal teams: process trades, develop pricing, resolve system errors, identify trade-break trends, produce operational and account reports, handle complex client inquiries, and train or assist less-experienced staff.
