Owns the Claims product backlog and leads feature prioritization, Agile ceremonies, requirements, testing, and software delivery. Drives healthcare claims processing automation across payer types while ensuring HIPAA, ICD-10, EDI, 837 UB/1500, and revenue cycle compliance. Partners with engineering, product, payer, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve claim submission, reconciliation, reimbursement, and operational efficiency. Requires healthcare SaaS product ownership or business analysis experience, strong claims and payer knowledge, and up to 10% travel.

Drive full-cycle SaaS sales and revenue growth across assigned territories, channel partners, and strategic accounts. Lead prospecting, solution design, complex deal strategy, negotiation, and closure while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams, coach sales colleagues, monitor pipeline and market conditions, and communicate performance metrics. The role focuses on healthcare technology, EHR integrations, analytics, and value-based discussions with executive stakeholders.

Leads Inovalon's enterprise partnership strategy, identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances across healthcare, technology, cloud, consulting, and life sciences. Builds executive relationships, partnership roadmaps, governance models, joint business plans, and co-selling programs. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and executives to expand market reach, generate revenue, develop integrations, and measure partner performance through pipeline, revenue, adoption, and strategic impact KPIs.
