Own the commercial health, retention, renewal, and expansion of a high-volume book of 80+ B2B accounts. Lead customer lifecycle milestones, commercial negotiations, contract closes, pipeline development, risk mitigation, executive business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success and sales teams. Maintain CRM accuracy, use reporting and sales tools to prioritize accounts, follow structured playbooks, and achieve renewal, net revenue retention, quota, engagement, and pipeline coverage targets.

Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments, maintain risk registers, prioritize and drive remediation, evaluate cloud and third-party risks, oversee vulnerability and threat management, produce executive risk reporting and dashboards, advise on AI governance and emerging technology risks, and partner with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams to implement risk controls.
