Lead end-to-end logistics workstream for M&A integrations, managing multiple acquisitions simultaneously. Plan and coordinate due diligence, integration, and order-to-cash processes; onboard acquired companies into logistics and distribution networks; partner cross-functionally; drive change management and process transitions; track integrations to operational handoff.

Lead global retirement and financial wellbeing strategy across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Design and govern defined contribution/benefit programs, evaluate investments and governance, manage vendors and RFPs, run renewals and enrollments, support M&A integrations, partner cross-functionally for compliance, and present recommendations to senior leadership to improve participation and program outcomes.

Provide onsite support for endoscopy procedures by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting surgical equipment and disposables. Support OR teams during procedures, perform function testing, wrap and containerize sets, track instruments, and document usage and performance. Maintain certifications, collaborate with clinical and SPD staff, follow safety/privacy standards, and provide rotating/on-call coverage with occasional travel.
