Support regional sales of spine enabling technologies by demonstrating products in OR and office settings, maintaining sample inventory, resolving product issues, tracking territory progress, communicating with managers and sales reps, covering open territories, and pursuing sales targets to drive profitable business.

Provides field-based clinical support for Mako robotic and manual joint replacement procedures across multiple territories. Maintains expertise in robotic systems, instrumentation, implants, and orthopedic surgery; trains surgeons and clinical staff; manages scan and scheduling workflows in RepSuite; troubleshoots clinical and technical issues; supports regulatory compliance and product safety; and assists local teams during deployments. Requires frequent travel, including assignments lasting weeks or months.

Supports regulated medical device manufacturing through readiness, product transfers, process improvement, supplier quality, nonconformance investigations, CAPA ownership, MRB activities, audits, validation, equipment qualification, and quality metrics. Partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain compliance, improve processes, and support complaints and field actions. Requires an engineering, quality, life sciences, or related degree and at least four years of quality experience in regulated manufacturing.
