Field-based specialist responsible for clinical implementation and adoption of MAKO robotic systems. Deliver surgeon and staff training, provide intraoperative and post-launch support, run certification labs and demos, integrate robotic workflows with hospital teams, troubleshoot clinical/technical issues, gather customer feedback, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting product launches and surgeon certification programs.

Support regional sales of spine enabling technologies by demonstrating products in OR and office settings, maintaining sample inventory, resolving product issues, tracking territory progress, communicating with managers and sales reps, covering open territories, and pursuing sales targets to drive profitable business.

Provide national, field-based coverage for neurosurgical sales representatives on leave and support regional sales efforts. Educate and train OR staff on Stryker neurosurgical products, promote products to clinicians, manage product evaluations, support trade shows, solve customer issues, maintain regulatory and GMP compliance, and travel extensively (≈95% overnight).
