Configure, maintain, and optimize the company's Workday system (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Absence). Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot data/system issues, build custom reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, support updates/releases, and partner with HR on process improvements and change management.

Lead brand marketing for Anktiva across U.S. and Canada: develop and implement product and patient strategies, omnichannel and digital campaigns, market access value stories, KOL engagement, agency/vendor management, promotional review coordination, sales training partnership, performance measurement, and budget tracking to drive product growth.

Provide legal support for clinical research by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and related vendor and commercial contracts. Ensure compliance with FDA, GCP, HIPAA, GDPR and other regulations; develop templates, SOPs, and negotiation playbooks; advise internal stakeholders on risk mitigation; assist with informed consent review; deliver training and lead process-improvement and cross-functional projects.
