Provides high-touch telemedicine and concierge longevity care, interpreting genomic, laboratory, imaging, and wearable data to create personalized health protocols. Manages a focused patient cohort longitudinally, collaborates with coaches and dietitians, and contributes clinical expertise to product, engineering, growth, and AI initiatives. The role also develops scalable clinical workflows while maintaining highly personalized care.

Build and lead Kate’s short-form social strategy across Instagram and other channels. Own content strategy, storytelling, growth, calendars, workflows, analytics, and publishing cadence. Direct creators and editors, hire and develop the content team, translate complex women’s health and longevity topics into accessible storytelling, and partner with leadership on creative direction.

Build and maintain product analytics dashboards, funnels, cohort and retention analyses. Validate event tracking and warehouse data, analyze user behavior, identify lifecycle friction, support experimentation, and deliver actionable insights to Product, Growth, Data, and leadership teams. Maintain metric definitions, event documentation, and self-service reporting across health and prescription product lines.
