What It's Like to Work at Immersive

Immersive has done a very good job of toeing the line of what hybrid work is supposed to look like in today’s day and age. The majority of my team is based over in the UK and I deeply value that the company commits to us all getting together a few couple of times a year, so that we still have that in-person connection.

Our Product team is full of talented and approachable individuals who are always happy to share their knowledge. In Engineering, we try to arrange at least one in-person social event each quarter, but even remotely, it’s easy to connect. Whether it’s a quick “tea-room” chat or more formal collaboration, there’s always an opportunity to catch up.

I'm empowered and autonomous in fulfilling my job as part of the wider Middle East team, and understand how to lead my team members to success.
