Lead and develop a team of data engineers while contributing hands-on to design, implement, and operate scalable, secure data pipelines. Partner with product, software, and architecture teams to deliver cloud-native data solutions, ensure production reliability, and drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Lead design, implementation, and operational maturity of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Automate identity lifecycle, enforce least-privilege, govern human and non-human identities (service accounts, managed identities, AI agents), integrate IAM with cloud, HR and ITSM systems, support audit/compliance, and build automation for provisioning, access reviews, and reporting.

Lead technical ownership of VetConnect PLUS infrastructure: design and maintain AWS and GCP systems, GitHub Actions pipelines, and Datadog observability. Write production infrastructure code, build full stacks (ELBs to databases), automate deployments and operations, troubleshoot dev/test/prod issues, mentor engineers, and lead a 3-4 person DevOps squad to improve developer operational capabilities and reliability.
