Teams at IDEA Public Schools

Oversee general ledger, payroll accounting, cash and bank reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, intercompany accounting, and capital asset management across multiple entities. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepare audit-ready schedules; support audits and internal controls; reconcile payroll, benefits, and capital asset accounts; and identify process improvements. The role is fully remote, with preference for Florida or Ohio candidates and travel of up to 20%.
