Teams at ICF

Provides environmental and public health policy consulting for government clients. Responsibilities include quantitative, scientific, economic, and technical analysis; environmental and health risk modeling; large dataset analysis using R and Python; literature synthesis; regulatory and policy documentation; client presentations; and business development support. The role requires expertise in statistical methods, model development, environmental policy, risk assessment, and related quantitative disciplines.

Lead economic, financial, and policy analyses for regulatory issues (primarily transportation, safety, environment). Perform quantitative modeling, benefit-cost and impact assessments, risk characterization, and advise federal/state clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
