Develop, implement, test, deploy, and monitor scalable AI/ML solutions. Clean and prepare datasets, optimize model performance, and integrate AI capabilities with cross-functional systems. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers and communicate technical results to business stakeholders while staying current on AI advances.

Supports AVANGRID’s IT project portfolio and PMO processes by improving project reporting, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating with project managers, supporting funding and financial reporting, training project managers on Clarity, and implementing process improvements. The role collaborates with local and global PMO teams, IT leaders, and financial teams to promote project delivery standards and achieve portfolio metrics.

Leads testing and change management for customer experience and digital solutions. Responsibilities include developing testing strategies, managing UAT, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking defects, overseeing communications and training, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring performance metrics, improving processes, and mentoring team members.
