Leads the company’s sales enablement transformation, owning curriculum across buyer expertise, product knowledge, and MEDDPICC selling skills. Manages enablement staff and external coaches, certifies the team, and delivers training through asynchronous learning, coaching, office hours, and manager-led sessions. Builds an AI-first enablement engine, partners with RevOps on performance measurement, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to improve seller effectiveness and business outcomes.

Manage daily Boston office operations, including supplies, conference rooms, facilities issues, vendors, invoices, catering, meetings, events, and visitor logistics. Support candidate interview days, employee onboarding, expense processing, and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate with recruiting, People, EA, and office management teams while maintaining a welcoming, organized workplace and proactively resolving office needs.

Provides client-facing information security support by hosting expert calls, scoping and coordinating client inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining follow-up. Builds relationships with clients, faculty, and account managers while managing Salesforce case queues and operational requests. Supports service adoption, client satisfaction, and process efficiency through proactive communication, timely responses, and effective coordination.
