Leads the company’s sales enablement transformation, owning curriculum across buyer expertise, product knowledge, and MEDDPICC selling skills. Manages enablement staff and external coaches, certifies the team, and delivers training through asynchronous learning, coaching, office hours, and manager-led sessions. Builds an AI-first enablement engine, partners with RevOps on performance measurement, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to improve seller effectiveness and business outcomes.

Manage daily Boston office operations, including supplies, conference rooms, facilities issues, vendors, invoices, catering, meetings, events, and visitor logistics. Support candidate interview days, employee onboarding, expense processing, and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate with recruiting, People, EA, and office management teams while maintaining a welcoming, organized workplace and proactively resolving office needs.

Provides client-facing information security support by hosting expert calls, scoping and coordinating client inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining follow-up. Builds relationships with clients, faculty, and account managers while managing Salesforce case queues and operational requests. Supports service adoption, client satisfaction, and process efficiency through proactive communication, timely responses, and effective coordination.

The Research Interviewer conducts structured phone interviews with security professionals to gather detailed qualitative and quantitative data for IANS's new data product. Responsibilities include interview coordination, conducting interviews, data processing, quality checks, and reporting on progress and coverage gaps.

Report on cybersecurity news and trends for CISOs and security teams by producing multiple weekly, data-driven stories; cultivate expert sources; leverage IANS research and attend industry events; collaborate with research and content teams; handle occasional off-hours breaking news and work on-site in Boston at least two days weekly.

Build, test, and operate production agent capabilities and tools within an established platform. Implement RAG, retrieval, tool protocols, and evaluation suites. Ship full-stack features using Go, Python, and React/TypeScript, deploy on AWS, and ensure observability, security, and compliance. Collaborate in design/reviews and grow ownership of subsystems over time.

Serve as a consultative technical seller partnering with Account Managers and Consulting Faculty to lead discovery, scope engagements, align client needs to IANS consulting services, drive pipeline and revenue, leverage AI tools for insights, and help build the Consulting Technical Specialist function.

Lead and build the enterprise go-to-market motion for IANS' MCP product: create the playbook, engage CISOs and executives, design diagnostic sales and value-engineering processes, run paid pilots and secure initial commercial closes, and enable expansion and scalable operating models across sales.

The Sr. Account Manager will manage EUDS clients, drive revenue growth, and develop territory plans while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales KPIs.

The Senior Account Executive will drive sales revenue in a metro region, engage C-level executives, and achieve sales KPIs while contributing to the sales team culture.
