As an Application Engineer, manage Multi-Project Wafer runs, coordinate with teams, support customers through the lifecycle, and drive process improvements.

Perform IQC and OQC inspections of incoming materials and finished products, operate measurement equipment, raise and track NCRs, maintain lot traceability and document control, execute internal and supplier audits to ISO 9001, evaluate engineering changes and FMEA impacts, support CAPA and failure analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external semiconductor partners to ensure product quality and manufacturing readiness.

The Program Manager will oversee project planning, resource management, and collaboration across teams to deliver photonic technology chips efficiently for customers. Responsibilities include managing deliverables, communication, performance tracking, and stakeholder updates to ensure project alignment.
