Own failure-analysis cases from planning through root-cause determination and reporting. Perform microscopy, spectroscopy, FIB cross-sectioning, cleanroom sample preparation, and characterization of photonic devices and stressed parts. Manage outsourced analyses, maintain sample records, and present evidence-based findings to engineering, test, reliability, platform, and foundry teams. The role requires independent cleanroom and SEM experience, experimental rigor, technical writing, and safe handling of hazardous chemicals.

Owns operational accounting across accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, fixed assets, and month-end close. Responsibilities include vendor and customer master data, invoice processing, collections, cash application, asset tracking, journal entries, account reconciliations, audit and tax support, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. The role partners with operations, engineering, sales, legal, lab, manufacturing, and IT teams in a fast-growing photonics startup.

The Product Engineer will enhance telecom products through collaboration on design, testing, optimization, and continuous improvement processes.
