Coordinates procurement, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, vendor communications, expediting, receiving, inventory, shipping, and invoice discrepancy resolution. Maintains ERP records and procurement documentation, supports strategic sourcing and supplier evaluations, monitors delivery risks, and assists with domestic and international logistics. The role also identifies cost-saving opportunities and ensures ethical, accurate, and efficient procurement operations supporting photonics manufacturing.

Supports R&D project and experiment planning, workflow analysis, process improvement, and engineering automation. Develops Python-based tools, dashboards, and data-analysis solutions to reduce manual work, identify bottlenecks and anomalies, improve visibility, and accelerate development cycles. Collaborates with engineering teams to standardize workflows, create SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in a photonics and semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Designs, simulates, validates, and transfers high-speed electro-optic modulators to production. Responsibilities include RF and optical physics modeling, photonic component development, high-frequency simulations, device layout collaboration, test and calibration development, RF characterization, and cross-functional technical leadership from concept through customer engagement and manufacturing handoff.
