Leads pharmacy benefit consulting for employer clients, including PBM procurement, RFPs, market checks, contract and financial analysis, pricing and rebate validation, and pharmacy claims modeling. Oversees Pharmacy Analytics practice workflows, quality controls, and deliverables while advising on specialty drugs, GLP-1 therapies, biosimilars, and emerging cost-containment strategies. Presents recommendations to executives, supports vendor evaluations and implementation, and manages relationships with PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and internal account teams.

Manages a portfolio of personal lines and private client insurance accounts throughout the policy lifecycle. Coordinates new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, remarketing, coverage reviews, quotes, documentation, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. Builds client and carrier relationships, maintains accurate agency records, tracks renewal milestones, supports retention and growth initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, privacy requirements, and documentation standards.
