Develop and coordinate 3D electrical BIM models using Revit, resolve multidisciplinary clashes, prepare technical drawings, schedules, and bills of materials, and support project delivery. Lead BIM coordination meetings, manage workflows and deadlines, improve modeling processes, enforce standards, and train junior designers. The role requires strong electrical design knowledge, BIM coordination experience, and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks or Revizto, Bluebeam, and collaboration platforms.
