Supports local market development, brand promotion, WeChat community operations, offline customer acquisition, promotional material preparation, trend research, Xiaohongshu KOL outreach, and content placement. The role requires fluent Chinese, strong communication and execution skills, local in-office availability, and legal work authorization. Recruit and onboard restaurant and retail merchants onto the HungryPanda platform through field visits, sales presentations, negotiations, and partnership agreements. Maintain merchant relationships, provide operational support, optimize merchant performance and GMV, coordinate promotional campaigns with Marketing, manage merchant backend data, and gather market feedback to support business and product improvements.

Identifies and recruits merchants for the food delivery platform, negotiates partnerships, completes onboarding, and manages long-term merchant relationships. Provides business support, develops strategies to increase orders and GMV, coordinates promotions with Marketing, maintains merchant backend data, and shares market insights for business and product improvements. The role requires frequent in-person merchant visits, Mandarin fluency, negotiation skills, independent field work, and cross-functional collaboration.
