Design, own, and maintain Azure infrastructure; build integrations and automation; serve as escalation for service desk and Microsoft app support; diagnose cross-system issues; strengthen access controls and security; document systems and dependencies; mentor engineers and improve version control, testing, and change management practices; support citizen-developed apps and automate provisioning workflows.

Build and maintain long-term pipelines of senior Epic and patient access leaders through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. Engage credibly on Epic architecture and access operations, advise internal leaders on hiring timing, track and share pipeline activity, and contribute to talent strategy while operating independently.

Lead Epic architecture for patient access engagements, designing and configuring workflows (Cadence, Prelude, MyChart). Troubleshoot complex configurations, build reusable delivery frameworks, partner with operations and clients, drive telephony/call center integrations, and advise on scope and adoption. Serve as a senior individual contributor and trusted technical authority across clients and internal teams.
