Lead IT due diligence and end-to-end integration for M&A, divestitures, JVs, and investments. Develop integration strategies, Day 1 plans, budgets, risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder communications across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, vendors, and IT teams to realize synergies and value.

Lead end-to-end architecture and production operation of AI systems, including LLM-powered clinical tools, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, intelligent automation, and evaluation frameworks. Guide model selection and fine-tuning, partner with product and clinical stakeholders, and ensure HIPAA compliance and responsible AI practices. The role also oversees software quality, testing, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues.

Build scalable cloud-native data and machine learning solutions using Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and SQL. Develop batch and real-time healthcare data pipelines, enterprise data models, Lakehouse architectures, semantic layers, and AI-assisted analytics workflows. Partner directly with business and clinical stakeholders to discover requirements, prototype solutions, deliver demos, drive adoption, and provide technical leadership. Ensure HIPAA-compliant security, governance, lineage, auditability, and regulatory readiness.
