The Partner Account Manager will engage and develop key partnerships to help expand access to retirement benefits for SMBs, manage relationships with tech partners and brokers, and drive lead generation.

Manage and grow partner relationships (tech, HCM, brokers, CPAs, financial advisors) to drive referral leads and revenue. Build strategic networks, execute co-marketing and go-to-market initiatives, set performance metrics, resolve partnership issues cross-functionally, and meet quota in a territory-based, field-focused role.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design and maintain the Salesforce platform, lead development efforts, integrate systems, and mentor junior developers. They will utilize AI tools for coding and ensure best practices in implementation and governance are followed, all while supporting the company's mission of providing accessible retirement benefits.
