Own people operations and full-cycle recruiting for a distributed, multi-state SaaS workforce. Responsibilities include HRIS updates, onboarding, offboarding, employee support, handbook and employment compliance, payroll coordination, technical sourcing, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offers, ATS management, reporting, and agency partnerships.

Own Hudu’s product positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, launches, sales enablement, website messaging, customer adoption campaigns, research, and performance measurement. Partner with marketing, product, sales, customer success, and content teams to support MSP and internal IT audiences. Develop go-to-market plans, competitive materials, launch assets, and customer insights while tracking pipeline, adoption, win rates, and enablement effectiveness.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, and closing deals while leveraging AI tools to enhance sales workflows.
