Senior Windows-focused Platform Engineer responsible for administering Windows server environments, supporting IBM FileNet/DataCap/BAW/ICN applications, ensuring security and performance, implementing monitoring, troubleshooting production issues, documenting systems, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to improve platform stability and processes.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

Lead development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance for onshore mechanical equipment, use CMMS to plan and monitor maintenance, analyze reliability data, perform RCA, support operations and maintenance teams, ensure safety and compliance, and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
