Partner with executives and the Board on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, culture, metrics, and succession planning. Build scalable HR infrastructure, People analytics, recruiting operations, employer branding, and structured hiring practices across technical, go-to-market, corporate, and executive roles.

Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and lightweight internal tools for go-to-market, finance, customer success, support, and operations teams. Diagnose workflows directly with internal customers, ship rapidly, drive adoption, measure time savings, establish a repeatable automation practice, and grow a small team. The role requires practical low-code and coding ability, strong business judgment, consulting instincts, and careful handling of sensitive tax and client data.

Senior full-stack product engineer responsible for owning features end to end, from clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. The role builds across React, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS, uses AI-assisted development and QA tools, writes unit and end-to-end tests, and collaborates closely with tax-domain product owners in a small engineering pod.
