Manages an employee benefits insurance book of business, maintaining client relationships, supporting producers, resolving service, claims, billing, and policy issues, and identifying retention, cross-selling, and new-business opportunities. The role oversees account transactions and documentation, coordinates with carriers and underwriters, conducts client meetings, maintains agency management systems, prepares reports, and may mentor account representatives. Travel, continuing education, and insurance licensing are required.

Serve as the primary broker-consultant for assigned insurance clients, focusing on account retention, program design, carrier marketing, risk control coordination, and mentoring Account Managers. Interface with Producers and C-level clients, lead renewals and stewardship activities, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of HUB services.
