Recruits and onboards independent service providers for final-mile home delivery operations. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and validating providers for regulatory, insurance, operational, and customer requirements; conducting local recruiting activities; maintaining applicant records in Tenstreet; coordinating with operations; completing background checks and documentation; and supporting recruiting needs across customer distribution centers and surrounding areas.

Coordinates onboarding for independent service providers, drivers, and helpers by monitoring background checks, drug screens, compliance filings, credentials, and business documents. Tracks onboarding progress, resolves issues, maintains class lists, provides field updates, and communicates with recruiters and support departments. Requires strong communication, organization, recruiting-platform proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume transportation environment.

Source, recruit, pre-screen, and onboard Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for final-mile home delivery. Conduct on-site recruiting, job fairs, and outreach; validate DOT/MC authority, insurance, and operational readiness; complete background checks and documentation; maintain records in Tenstreet; and travel to customer distribution centers (≈75% travel).
