Manages a portfolio of personal lines and private client insurance accounts throughout the policy lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, remarketing, coverage reviews, quotes, documentation, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. The role builds client and carrier relationships, supports retention and growth, maintains accurate agency records, tracks renewals and open items, and ensures compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.

Designs scalable, secure, resilient technology solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. Creates architecture artifacts, evaluates platforms and integration patterns, guides implementation, leads architecture reviews, manages technical risks and debt, and partners with business, product, engineering, cybersecurity, and delivery teams. The role also supports technology roadmaps, modernization, cloud-native adoption, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments.

Provides operational support for employee benefits, leave administration, and multi-state workers’ compensation. Maintains accurate HRIS and benefits data, supports regulatory compliance, coordinates with payroll, vendors, carriers, and employees, administers leave cases, and manages workers’ compensation reconciliation audits. The role also responds to employee inquiries, improves processes, and ensures accurate reporting and premium processing.
