Use workforce data to address retention, engagement, productivity, and ramp risks while partnering with RevOps, Finance, and People Operations on scalable HR programs for a distributed, high-growth organization.

Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance and audit activities, manage data privacy (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act), run vendor risk lifecycle, respond to customer security questionnaires/RFPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mature GRC and privacy programs across the organization.

Manage customer billing and collections, prepare AR and revenue reconciliations, support month-end close and deferred revenue, assist audits, improve billing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
