Design and deliver interactive eLearning (scenario-based, microlearning, blended) using Articulate 360, video and AI tools. Lead projects end-to-end, partner with SMEs, manage stakeholders and timelines, ensure accessibility and measurable behavior change, evaluate learning effectiveness and improve LMS/LXP experiences.

This role focuses on enterprise risk management, capital strategy, and strategic growth by partnering with actuarial and finance teams to support data-informed decisions.
