The Associate Design Director will lead visual design projects, mentor staff, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. Responsibilities include managing complex brand campaigns, maintaining brand systems, and overseeing multiple projects while adhering to client expectations and deadlines.

Lead concept development and client-facing messaging for multi-channel campaigns. Create strategic messaging frameworks, oversee creative production, guide designers/motion teams, present ideas to clients, and support occasional on-site shoots.

Lead concepting and hands-on visual design for digital and social campaigns. Collaborate with writers, motion designers, and production to develop pitch materials, maintain client relationships, and support photo/video shoots. Ensure high-quality deliverables, drive creative standards, and mentor teams while translating product UI and features into clear storytelling.
