Own and drive the cloud security product backlog across hardware, firmware, APIs, and mobile apps. Translate customer, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements into prioritized, delivery-ready features. Support roadmap planning, stakeholder syncs, release planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure consistent product design and successful continuous delivery.

Manage and secure AWS-hosted OnGuard environments, onboard customers, automate deployments and monitoring, troubleshoot system and network issues, perform maintenance and security audits, develop IaC and automation tooling, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and collaborate with internal and customer teams to ensure high availability and performance of the managed service.

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and data acquisition/control systems using LabVIEW, Visual Basic, and SQL. Collaborate on electronic component and control system design, perform root-cause analysis, support installation/commissioning, provide production training, and maintain documentation while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
