Leads the strategic vision, growth roadmap, commercialization, and performance of Honeywell’s TrackWise Manufacturing and MES portfolio. Oversees portfolio investments, lifecycle decisions, customer and market strategy, integrated automation offerings, pricing, packaging, revenue growth, cross-business-unit partnerships, and executive customer engagements. Builds and develops a high-performing portfolio management team while aligning product, engineering, sales, marketing, quality, manufacturing, AI, and life sciences stakeholders.

Leads manufacturing engineering and operational excellence for production processes. Develops process documentation, supports new product introductions and transfers, validates tooling and equipment, and improves yield, throughput, OEE, scrap, and productivity using Lean and Six Sigma methods. Maintains manufacturing data and SAP BOMs, coordinates equipment maintenance and calibration, designs fixtures, manages vendors and capital projects, mentors technicians, and resolves technical production issues.

Develop and execute channel sales strategies, grow revenue, and manage strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators. Create partner business plans, conduct performance reviews, provide training and enablement, identify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, negotiate commercial agreements, forecast revenue, and collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and market expansion. Overnight travel is required as needed.
