Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes using energy-efficiency software, diagnose energy usage problems, and recommend or install energy-saving products. Secure service contracts through consultative sales, educate homeowners, manage paperwork, provide customer service, generate referrals, and collaborate with internal teams. The field-based role requires travel, outdoor and confined-space work, ladder and roof access, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Door-to-door canvassing to acquire customers for home energy assessments: knock on 60+ homes daily, schedule in-home energy assessments, travel to assigned neighborhoods, attend team meetings, and meet quota for commission opportunities.

Perform Mass Save home energy assessments: model homes in energy-efficiency software, diagnose usage issues, recommend measures (insulation, LED, HVAC), initiate sales and secure contracts, install small energy-saving devices, complete paperwork, provide customer education, and collaborate internally. Field-based role with paid training and travel required.
