Provides first-line IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Provisions equipment and user accounts, manages operating systems and cloud services, administers Google Workspace, supports information security initiatives, coordinates technology rollouts, and maintains hardware procurement, asset tracking, and inventory. Delivers customer service through email, Slack, phone, and Zoom while supporting remote teams and IT projects.

Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, KPI analysis, forecasting model maintenance, ad hoc business analyses, Tableau dashboards, and planning support. The role also supports change management and cross-functional projects, expanding toward ownership of strategic analysis, scenario planning, stakeholder presentations, and project management.

Manage day-to-day underwriting team operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and guideline adherence; evaluate applicants and make investment recommendations; handle escalations and edge cases; monitor QC and emerging risk trends; coach and develop underwriters; partner with Sales, Processing, and Closing; recruit and plan succession; and adapt underwriting processes to changing conditions to achieve team and company metrics.
