Leads Pro department customer experience, sales execution, inventory availability, order accuracy, associate coaching, staffing, safety compliance, and store opening and closing operations. Manages four direct reports, performs Manager on Duty responsibilities, resolves customer and associate concerns, enforces company policies, and partners with store leadership to execute Pro strategies and maintain store readiness.

Supports Outside Sales Representatives by managing account portfolios, preparing quotes and sales orders, sourcing products, resolving customer and order issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and providing post-sale follow-up. Owns projects throughout the sales cycle, maintains customer relationships, supports repeat business, and helps increase account growth and market share through consultative service and timely execution.

Supports Outside Sales Representatives in growing managed account portfolios. Provides consultative customer service, prepares quotes and sales orders, sources products, resolves issues, manages projects end to end, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, conducts post-sale follow-up, and maintains account relationships. Uses CRM, telephony, and retail systems to deliver timely solutions, increase repeat business, and support market share growth.
