Teams at HNTB

Leads wetland delineations, ecological field studies, environmental permitting, mitigation planning, and compliance for transportation and infrastructure projects. Conducts environmental research and field investigations, analyzes data, prepares technical reports and permit applications, coordinates with regulatory agencies, and provides scientific guidance to multidisciplinary project teams. Performs fieldwork in varied conditions and supports client meetings, public meetings, and marketing activities.

Supports project delivery and finance teams with routine administrative tasks, project coordination, reporting, data analysis, financial controls, contracting, work planning, meeting participation, and special projects. Works under close supervision while assisting Project Analysts and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. The role emphasizes smooth project operations, timely delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with project goals.

Supports vehicle engineering teams on transit and rail projects involving light rail vehicles, heavy rail vehicles, locomotives, coaches, buses, and zero-emission vehicles. Assists with engineering research, design, drawings, documentation, calculations, and shop drawing procedures while developing practical engineering skills.
