Lead and grow a regional traffic engineering department (15–20+ staff), manage budgets, project delivery, business development, and staff development. Provide technical oversight for traffic design and analysis from feasibility through construction, mentor engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support client relationships and sales efforts across New England.
