Create and maintain on‑floor and window visual merchandising to drive sales and customer experience. Coach team on trends and visual standards, execute floor moves, complete daily visual routines, support store operations (opening/closing, timesheets), ensure safety and legal compliance, and assist with loss prevention and occasional inter-store support.

The Sales Advisor provides excellent customer service, engages customers, promotes products, maintains the store environment, and supports team operations at H&M.

Provide excellent customer service and actively sell H&M products. Guide customers on fashion and trends, support OMNI services, maintain garment care, replenishment, visual presentation, fitting room and checkout operations, and contribute to a clean sales floor while supporting store sales targets and team development.
