Provide excellent customer service and actively sell H&M products by guiding customers through fashion trends, operating checkout and fitting rooms, maintaining garment care and visual displays, replenishing stock, and supporting store opening/closing and omni-channel services.

Create and maintain on‑floor and window visual merchandising to drive sales and customer experience. Coach team on trends and visual standards, execute floor moves, complete daily visual routines, support store operations (opening/closing, timesheets), ensure safety and legal compliance, and assist with loss prevention and occasional inter-store support.
