Lead business analysis for underwriting, rating/quote/bind and claims initiatives. Elicit and document requirements, map current/future-state processes, collaborate with product/tech teams, support development and testing, and drive solutions that improve policy lifecycle and claims operations.

Adjudicate moderate to complex commercial general liability claims, document files, draft coverage/denial letters, set reserves, manage litigation and counsel utilization, identify fraud and trends, mentor examiners, and support claims projects.

The AVP Team Manager leads the Claims organization, managing a team of claims professionals, ensuring efficient claims handling, KPIs adherence, and fostering strong relationships within the team and external stakeholders.
