The Client Executive at Hinge Health is responsible for managing strategic enterprise client relationships, ensuring retention, and driving revenue growth through proactive account management and independent problem-solving across multiple departments.

Partner with sales leadership to generate pipeline and support complex accounts through outbound prospecting, account research, discovery-call preparation, and day-of sales support. Use Salesforce and sales engagement tools to advance qualified opportunities, strengthen multi-threaded deals, collaborate with marketing and operations, and contribute process improvements and AI-assisted research to scale commercial motions.

Generate qualified pipeline for Mid Market accounts via outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and partnership with sales leaders. Execute multi-channel outreach, convert demo requests to meetings, maintain Salesforce hygiene, support account research and handoffs, and help refine messaging and sequencing to drive opportunities.
