Welcomes hotel guests, processes check-ins and check-outs, verifies charges and payments, provides hotel and local information, promotes amenities through upselling, and resolves guest requests and concerns. The role requires accurate point-of-sale system use, strong hospitality, communication, teamwork, integrity, ownership, and a service-focused attitude.

Provides friendly guest service in hotel dining areas by clearing and resetting tables, transporting dishware, stocking and cleaning service stations, assisting servers with beverages and bread, and maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards. Requires full availability based on operational needs and guarantees one workday per week.

Maintains hotel facilities, guest rooms, public spaces, and support areas. Responds to guest and team member service requests, performs repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry, conducts preventive maintenance inspections, documents completed work, and escalates issues requiring further attention.
