Oversee accounting operations, including revenue review, expense management, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, staff accountant supervision, audits, tax compliance, 1099 filings, and process improvements. Support FP&A with reporting and help implement new financial software while maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes.

Manage CRM customer data migrations from onboarding through completion. Responsibilities include analyzing source Excel data, creating import rules, validating and reconciling migrated data, documenting mappings and transformation logic, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with customers, engineers, sales, onboarding, and support teams. The role requires strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service, and effective communication.

Drive new enterprise revenue and customer expansion by selling AI-powered SaaS solutions. Manage complex 6–12 month sales cycles, build executive relationships, develop value propositions, maintain pipeline accuracy, lead virtual account teams, and close high-value deals. Translate technical AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes, guide customer adoption, collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams, and exceed quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
