Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models to populate the data warehouse. Support data governance, observability, and security practices.

Provide technical support for Higher Logic's software to Australia-based customers via phone, chat, and tickets. Troubleshoot issues, document interactions, escalate to internal teams per SLAs, meet performance metrics, and continuously build product and service skills.
