As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers using the HiddenLayer AISec Platform, partner with internal teams, and improve documentation and processes.

Drive pre-sales engagements for AI security solutions: consult with clients, demo products, design tailored architectures, lead PoCs, provide technical support, enable stakeholders, and inform product roadmap.

Own technical direction and delivery of an AI attack simulation product: design agentic workflows, tool integrations, execution systems, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks. Partner with Product and Security Research to translate adversarial techniques into safe, scalable tests; remain hands-on for architecture and prototyping. Mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, support hiring, and raise reliability, security, observability, and product-quality standards.

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver large-scale, secure AI-enabled systems. Define engineering strategy and roadmap, drive agentic AI transition, manage projects, optimize processes, mentor senior technical staff, and collaborate with product and executive leadership to protect organizations from adversarial AI threats.

Serve as pre-sales technical lead for federal customers, architecting and deploying AI security platform in SaaS and airgapped environments. Lead discovery workshops, scope proofs-of-value, build demos and POC AI apps, integrate SDKs/APIs, advise on AI/ML security and MLOps, deliver demos and written deliverables, and support onboarding and troubleshooting with Customer Success.

Sell HiddenLayer's AI security platform to federal agencies by developing account strategies, driving pipeline and revenue, leading technical and executive engagements, navigating federal acquisition and contracting, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting adoption, expansion, and renewals across the Intelligence Community, DoD, DHS, and civilian agencies.
